Incident Reporting

All incidents and near-accidents must be reported to . The general rule is that those working in the operation must report events and circumstances conditions that involve or might possibly involve a negative impact on radiation safety. Each incident is investigated systematically in order to improve radiation safety.
In the event of a serious near-accident or incident, raise the alarm via KTH’s emergency number on 08-790 7700.
