Furnishing of the event area Arenan at Teknikringen 1

Arenan is a area at Teknikringen 1 often used for events by KTH Innovation. You book the area via Outlook: gvs_plan4_arenan, Eventyta, Teknikringen 1
The booking need to be approved.

Orders of furnishing should be made no later than 1 week before the event, but preferably earlier. Someone within the event should be available at the time of the furnishing for any questions. The janitors within the university administration will handle the request and accept your order within 2 working days.

Send your order to brinellvagen8@kth.se  and attach clear information, preferably with a drawing.
