Within the framework of KTH's work with gender equality, diversity and equal conditions (JML), all KTH schools are jointly conducting Equality Forum lunch seminar series during 2025. It is a knowledge-enhancing KTH-wide initiative on gender equality, diversity and equal opportunities. The lecture series is initiated by the Equality Office, organized by the Schools, and open to everyone at KTH.

CBH is hosting the next session, where KTH Professor Andrea Eriksson (Division of ergonomics, CBH) will draw on research to discuss the concept of inclusion in a broad framework of health-promoting leadership and a psychosocial safety climate.

Andrea Eriksson's lecture explores what inclusive leadership means within a work organisation and how it can be cultivated through research-based approaches to leadership, organisational culture and well-being. The seminar will include both information sessions and simple exercises to allow participants to share their thoughts and reflections.

Lunch will be provided. The seminar is open to all employees and students and will be in English. There is a limited number of places, so please register to participate. Welcome!
