Abstract

The talk focuses on using Master's degree projects to help with your Ph. D. research. This means finding parts of your research that you can ask Master's students to help with. By doing this, you can make your research go faster and have more time for the harder parts. Also, when you help and guide Master's students with their projects, it gives you practice in supervising and teaching. This is good for your career because it makes you more attractive to future employers.

In short, using Master's degree projects to support your Ph. D. research has many benefits. It speeds up your research, gives you teaching experience, and makes your resume look better. It's a win-win for both you and the Master's students, helping everyone grow in the academic world.
