Systematic work environment management

The Work Environment Act and the Work Environment Authority's regulations on systematic work environment management (SAM) require that the employer, in collaboration with employees and safety representatives, work systematically with the work environment in the organization in such a way that illness and accidents are prevented, and a good work environment is achieved.
