At the seminar we will look at the legal requirements set out in the Discrimination Act and the Work Environment Act regarding reasonable accommodation and workplace measures for people with different kinds of disabilities. What does the legal requirements mean in practice, what opportunities and limitations are there, and how can you think about these issues in your work?

The seminar will be held by Sabina Hellborg , Senior Lecturer at Stockholm University. She is a teacher and researcher in civil law, especially labour law.

The seminar is arranged by the school's JML group (Gender equality, diversity and equal opportunities – JML).
