Support for departments

The school's departments and divisions are supported by the University administration (UA). Here you will find information and contact details.

Each department has its own support team. You will find their contact information in the menu. Always contact Service center if you are unsure of who can help you, and they will guide you correctly.

The University administration

The University administration (UA) supports EECS' departments in for example:

  • finance
  • HR
  • communication
  • administration of the school's first and second cycle and third-cycle education
  • management support (for example, protocol, contract management, facilities)
  • IT support

Welcome to visit or contact Service center with practical and general questions about, for example, mail, courier, catering, access, guests or premises.

They also guide you right if you do not know where your question is going.

The Service centers are on-site at Borggården, Electrum and Q, but you can also reach them via e-mail, telephone and Slack.
