Call for applications: International Scholar Exchange Fellowship, 2026–2027, Seoul, South Korea
The International Scholar Exchange Fellowship (ISEF) supports international researchers who wish to carry out a six-month or one-year research stay in South Korea in collaboration with a Korean host institution.
The programme is open to all academic disciplines and is funded by the Chey Institute for Advanced Studies. Eligible applicants are faculty members and researchers at universities or research institutions outside Korea who hold a doctoral degree.
The fellowship provides a monthly research stipend, travel support and insurance.
Application deadline: 20 February 2026
Research period: September 2026 – August 2027
