Karolinska Institutet's Ethics Council invites you to a seminar to discuss animal testing. This discussion is further accentuated by the fact that in September 2021, the EU Parliament voted for a resolution calling on the EU Commission to draw up an action plan for the active phasing out of animal testing in science, regulatory testing and education.

Time: Thu 2023-10-26 10.00 - 12.00

Location: Karolinska Institutet, Campus Solna, Eva and Georg Klein Lecture hall, Biomedicum, Solnavägen 9

The main target group for the seminar is students and staff at Karolinska Institutet, partner universities such as KTH, and any interested public.

The seminar is held in English and will be streamed and made available afterwards. The seminar is subsequently subtitled in both Swedish and English.
