Lars Berglund receives ERC Advanced Grant

Congratulation to Lars Berglund who has received the prestigious ERC (European Research Council) Advanced Grant. The Grant covers funding for five years and is approximately 2.5 million Euro. Focus in Lars research is on transparent wood for engineering applications which can combine load-bearing properties with photonics functions and light weight. Lars Berglund is situated at the School of Chemical Science and Engineering (CHE) and the research will be carried out as a cooperation between CHE and ICT.
