Here you find news and updates from the Research data team.
From the 1st of January 2021 there are new guidelines for managing research data, read more here .
The Research Data team currently provides the following support and services for helping researchers with data management according to the new guidelines:
- Basic information on managing research data
- A course on Open Science and Data management . The course is intended to give a basic understanding for Open Science and Data Management and is open for all researchers and PhD students at KTH.
- We provide a tool for making Data Management Plans
- We run workshops on how to write Data management plans and workshops on data management. See scheduled workshops in the KTH calendar. We can also arrange a workshop at a department or similar upon request.
The research data team is currently doing a project on improving management of sensitive data.
For that project, we really want to get in touch with researchers that handle “sensitive data” such as health data or other sensitive personal information to interview them about their needs.
Contact researchdata@kth.se for more information about that or for any questions regarding research data management. The Research Data team is a collaboration between the KTH Library, Research Support Office and the IT department.
