About the content

During the afternoon, you will get insights into some of the current educational issues. After a brief joint introduction, the forum will continue with discussion stations focusing on four themes:

How do we want to develop ITM’s educational programmes going forward?Programme structure(s), progression, the core (knowledge and skill) of the programmes, AI, JML, sustainable development, quality and innovation.

Experimental and digital learning environments – what do we need now?
Experimental environments, digital learning environments, how these environments are used in teaching, students’ access to relevant environments, and the link between education, research and learning environments.

What do teachers and supervisors need to cope and develop?
Working environment, working hours, professional development, higher education teaching courses, support for new teachers, support for supervisors and other activities that strengthen teaching and supervision in everyday life.

How do we strengthen the study environment and influence of students and doctoral students?
Student and doctoral student influence, study and learning environment, participation and sense of belonging, how the programme is perceived, and what helps or hinders learning and development.

The aim of the forum is to provide a space for discussion on how these issues should be addressed at ITM. It will be an opportunity to come together across roles and contexts, share experiences and contribute perspectives to the school’s ongoing work.
