Organizational map of KTH's bodies for faculty appointments, where two committees (the Recruitment Committee and the Docent Committee) are under the Faculty Board of each school.

The Recruitment Committee (anställningsutskott ITM) replaces the former Central Recruitment Committee (anställningsnämnden) and the School Recruitment Committee (skolans rekryteringskommitté). The Committee is the body of the Faculty Board in matters relating to the employment of teachers. The Committee consists of the Chair (who is also the FFA of the School), the Vice-Chair, teacher members and alternates.
