Contact

This project is implemented at the School of Industrial Engineering and Management (ITM) within the Future Education programme (project no. 2515-ITM).

Project context

Due to the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the need for AI leadership training has become increasingly urgent. There is currently a lack of a broad, accessible course that focuses on how AI is implemented, managed, and understood in organisational and strategic contexts.

Purpose (outcome)

The aim is to create an education that gives broad groups of professionals the ability to understand, manage and lead AI implementations and thereby strengthen Sweden's capacity to act strategically in AI-related transformation in the long term, especially in the public sector and industry. The project thus contributes to KTH's goal of being a leading player in future education and lifelong learning.

The effect can be followed up through the number of course participants, the degree of goal fulfilment in course evaluations and the actual use of the course material in external organisations.

Project results (output)

  • A completed MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) titled “AI & Management”
  • A consortium of partners (national and international) for course development
  • A research publication describing pedagogical, organisational or technological innovations within the project.
