Today's guest: Henrik Kniberg
Henrik has a solid resumé (CV). He has coached agile working methods at Spotify, Lego and Mojang and written several books on development methodology. With his pedagogy and clear visualisations (several of which have been used by the programme management for the Future Education at KTH), he has had a major impact on agile development. Check out Spotify Engineering Culture on YouTube or Henrik's new visualisation on Generative AI. He now focuses on practical applications of generative AI in product development and other areas.
