New “My Schedule” in TimeEdit

KTH has introduced a new version of the "My Schedule" service. It replaces the previous solution in KTH Social and is now integrated directly into TimeEdit.
You can find the new "My Schedule" at kth.se/schema or in the personal menu at the top of kth.se.
What does the new “My Schedule” mean for you?
When you log in via KTH’s login (SSO), you will automatically get a personal schedule that shows:
- Course activities where you are scheduled as a teaching staff member.
- Programme activities where you are scheduled as a member of staff.
- Room bookings in your name.
- Appointments you have booked with students.
When will you see the schedule for the autumn term 2026?
Your schedule will be visible as soon as the schedul is published, which is 1 May for autumn terms and 1 November for spring terms.
Smart features in “My Schedule”
In the new “My Schedule”, you can:
- Filter groups (for example, view only your own group or the whole class).
- Select programme activities (for example, a specific year group).
- Subscribe to the schedule and link it to your calendar app.
- Hide activities you do not wish to see.
- Edit and add information texts and comments aimed at students.
