Information meeting - Establishing Atom Probe Tomography (APT) at KTH

KTH’s Hultgren Laboratory aim to establish atom probe tomography (APT) as a technique in their suite of materials characterization tools. APT is nowadays an effective tool for a broad community with needs to perform 3D mapping of materials structures with sub-nanometre spatial resolution. It provides new insight into a variety of materials system and complements e.g. electron microscopy tools.
 
They would like to invite you as a potential stakeholder to a meeting to inform you about our efforts to establish an APT instrument at KTH. They are applying for funding from the VR infrastructure call and seek your support for this application.
