An individual competence development plan in VP 2023–2025
Principle 10 is concretised in KTH's operational plan for 2023–2025 (section 2.7) and establishes KTH's goal that all teaching staff must have a documented individual competence development plan in 2024.
"To ensure that KTH is an organisation at the forefront, it is of great importance that KTH has an attractive and accessible competence development range for all teaching staff, including PhD supervisors. This also contributes to increasing KTH's competitiveness. Opportunities for competence development must be given and prioritised. "
