There is a huge difference between being a project manager and a line manager since there is no staff responsibilities associated with the project manager role. As a project manager it´s fundamental to motivate and engage with the project team to achieve good results in the projects. Understanding how to cooperate with the team members and their line managers are a key to success.

Learning objectives
