Project management training and support
With a framework agreement with a education company, KTH has access to both tailor-made training courses at KTH as well as access to open courses from the company in project management/-steering. A government framework agreement also provides access to consulting services in project management and business development.
Staff training and competence development
KTH´s operational development is organized in project portfolios. With structured working methods for prioritization, organization, management and implementation of projects, there are good efficiency and quality gains to be made. For managers and decision-makers, it is about gaining in-depth competence in strategic project management, clarifying the connections between project operations and organisational development, and obtaining concrete tools and approaches for realization of projects. Knowledge of resource planning as well as measuring project effects and integrating project results into daily practice is of great importance.
Furthermore, there will also be a need for quick and direct support and competence to get started with the practical project work for entire project groups or individuals in projects. It is both about developing overall support for project management and staff training in practical project work.
KTH's supplier in education in project management/-steering (Contract period: 2023-03-27 - 2025-03-26 with possibility of extension 1+1 year) offers several opportunities for competence development.
