Missions, ambitions and goals

Why do we need to work with Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Conditions in education? In addition to the fact that we have already implemented many promoting conditions for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities in the education at KTH, and that it may feel obvious, there are also more or less compelling reasons to continue to develop the work for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Conditions, in a purposeful and intensified way. The most important reasons are presented here.

Assignments, ambitions and goals

KTH's work for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Conditions is based on the UN Declaration of Human Rights, Swedish and EU law and global and local goals for sustainability, Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Conditions. KTH has worked for a long time for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Conditions in education and there is great support for this work in a lot of internal documents, policies, plans, values, etc.
