Amelie on the employee pulse survey
This week, the latest round of the employee pulse survey was sent out to all employees at KTH. It is open until next Wednesday. It was the fourth and last employee survey of the year, and this time the theme was work environment management.
We have raised the results of the previous pulse surveys for discussion in various forums, such as department management groups and workplace meetings. I have also spoken to all heads of department in individual conversations. The pulse surveys have also led us to initiate several activities to improve the working environment, such as workshops on interpersonal skills.
The value of the surveys is greater the more people who respond, and a high response rate makes it easier to monitor developments over time. Since the same questions and themes will be repeated in next year's pulse surveys, we will be able to see if the changes and activities we are implementing have any effect. I hope that as many of you as possible take the time to answer the questions!
