CBH improves its agreement procedures
The CBH school management will improve the procedures for agreements. This is announced by Head of school Mikael Lindström and 1st vice Head of school Amelie Eriksson Karlström.
According to the KTH delegation, all agreements on research collaboration must be reviewed by the Legal Department.
Contact the Legal Department at avtal@kth.se as soon as possible for assistance for agreements in the following areas:
- Consortium Agreements in EU research program (Horizon 2020, Marie Skidowska-Curie Actions, ARTEMIS, Clean Sky, EIT)
- Cooperation Agreements (usually (in part) financed by e.g. Vinnova, Energy Agency, FORMAS, VR).
- Contract Research Agreements
- Industrial Doctoral Student Agreements
- Adjunct Professor Agreements
- Affiliated Faculty Agreements
- Confidentiality or Non-disclosure Agreements
- Letters of Intent or Memorandums of Understanding
- Material Transfer Agreements
CBH has been assigned two individual contract lawyers: Björn Rudolfsson and Georg Stenström who will be handling most of our agreements but please use the common e-mail adress avtal@kth.se when you start your contract handling.
After the legal department has received necessary information which can be found on the intranet , you will be notified. Head of school and 1st vice Head of school will also get a copy of the confirmation.
Please note that project-responsible researchers are responsible for signing the required Researcher Agreement and that the school manager's approval (head of department and head of school) must have been obtained on the School Approval Form for the current project before the agreement is signed.
