Changes in KTH-RES

A new system for registering travel invoices will be introduced at KTH in September.

Important dates

  • September 5 is the last day to register a travel invoices or expenses in the current KTH-RES (eBuilder) and send it for approval. If possible, you are therefore welcome to wait until September 6 with creating an expense, travel order or travel invoice so that it ends up in the new version of KTH-RES.
  • September 6, the new KTH-RES (MXP) opens for all users. 
  • September 15 is the last day to approve a travel expense/expense in the current KTH-RES (eBuilder). These are then included in the September payroll. Remember to print started or approved travel orders before September 26, in order to upload them in the new system as a PDF.
  • September 27, end of life for current KTH-RES (eBuilder).

You can already download the new supplier's mobile application – Here you can, for example, photograph/register receipts or email e-receipts for the expense (receipts must always be submitted if the origin is in paper format!) Download the mobile application “SpendCatcher” in the App Store or Google play.

Manuals and instructional videos will be available on the KTH intranet from September 6.
