New e-mail address to HR CBH

The old e-mail addresses hrbio and hrchem will be dismantled. The new e-mail address is hr@cbh.kth.se
All e-mails sent to the old addresses will be forwarded to the new one during a transitonal period. But HR will be grateful if all CBH coverkers start using the new e-mail address from now on.
