Framework agreements that expire during February to April

The procurement group recommends that everyone who needs to procure something from the agreements below, does so before they expire, even if the actual deliveries take place later in the year.
For the purchases that need to be made after these expiration dates, it will be required to make a procurement or direct procurement, depending on the sum of the purchase.
Agreements that expire
- KTH's framework agreement for “Server and storage excluding Services” expires on 21 February 2021. Thereafter, the purchase of these products may take place from the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency framework agreement (avropa.se), which in turn expires on 31 March 2021.
- KTH's framework agreement for "Literature" - expires 28 February.
- KTH's framework agreement for “Translation services and language review” expires on 2 April 2021.
