Organisational changes in the education administration

The education administration unit at CBH is making changes in its organisation. From November 1, 2019, Annelie Fredriksson will be human resources responsible for all co-workers at the unit.

The change implies that Annelie Fredriksson will receive the title education office manager and will become human resources responsible for all co-workers at the education administration unit.

Pelle Dalhammar carries on as UA, education administration manager and has no human resources responsibilities.

The head of office as well as UA are organisationally placed with Head of administration as immediate superior.

Statements of work

The education office manager and UA have a joint responsibility for:

  • to ensure that the mission of the office is in focus
  • to ensure that mission of the functions is in focus
  • to promote an appropriate support to the activities

Education office manager

Annelie Fredriksson.
  • Human resources responsible manager chef for the unit and accordingly all the responsibility that follows KTH's guideline on manager and leadership
  • To manage the tasks within work environment which are included as a natural role in the manager role at KTH
  • Staffing responsibilites
  • Responsible for budget follow-up and planning for the staff within the office

Education administration manager

Pelle Dalhammar.
  • Function manager for education administration at the school, works with the function groups of the office to clarify and secure apporpriate processes
  • Consultative support to PA
  • Participate in KTH's network, education administration advisory committee
  • Promote a professional management support within education, which implies giving support to GA, FA and CBH's management and decision-making bodies for education matters

CBH's education office is located on three different sites:

Floor 7 in Flemingsberg: educational administrative officer, research educational administrative officer, study counsellor, course administration

Teknikringen 28: teacher support with research educational administrative officer, course administration and educational administrative officer

and Teknikringen 50: Student Office with study counsellor and international coordinators

Alba Nova, floor 2: educational administrative officer, research education administration and course administration

Annelie will alternate between the different education offices. Pelle's workplace will mainly be Teknikringen but with regular visits to the different sites.
