Election regarding faculty members of the University Board – review preliminary electoral register
New teachers’ representatives are to be elected for the period May 2026 to April 2029 through an election.
A preliminary list is published today containing those who are expected to be eligible to vote in the election regarding faculty members of the University Board. The list is available for review from 12 to 23 January 2026. Those teachers and researchers who wish, may present their view of the list.

Voting rights
In the election of board members that represent teachers and researchers, those eligible to vote must work in one of the following positions:
- indefinite appointment as professor, associate professor, lecturer or researcher, at least 50 per cent of full-time
- appointment as assistant professor, at least 50 per cent of full-time
- fixed-term appointment of at least two years as teacher on the basis of artistic merits, at least 40 per cent of full-time
The electoral register for KTH will be established by the president, after review of each school.
