Lena leads the HR group at CBH school, take initiatives regarding developmen of HR routines at school level. Participate in the CBH management group and the HR management group at KTH. She gives strategic HR support to managers at CBH school regarding labour law, rehabilitation, recruitment and errands for individuals.

Other areas of responsibility are negotiations with the union represenatives and to develop the preventive work with the physical, organisational and social work environment, for all staff categories at the school.

Ove Strind is the group leader for the personell who work across the whole school (eg teacher appointments, self-reporting, side jobs, fees and pay audits). Ove is also deputy HR manager and works with managerial support, work environment and rehabilitation. He is a close support to Lena Birgersdotter and to other colleagues within the HR group.

Sara works with employment matters, recruitment and personnel administration for Glycoscience, Protein science, Protein Engineering, Sekretomet, Industrial Biotecnology and Theoretical Chemistry and Biology, as well as recruitment matters for the administration.

Camilla works with support and advice to managers and employees in labor law matters linked to employment, salary, working hours and time reporting at the entire CBH School.

Sandra work as an HR officer with support and advice in common HR issues and I'm the contact person for the department of Biomedical Engineering and Health Systems (MTH). I also support SciLife's managers and employees in scholarship matters.

Emma works with employment matters, recruitment cases and various personnel administration, mainly for the divisions Organic Chemistry, Surface and Corrosion Science and Applied Physical Chemistry.

Ann works with travel grants, expenses, SINK, side activities and reimbursement for hourly employees, mainly for Campus Valhallavägen.

Sara works with the recruitment process of teachers and tenure track positions for the entire school, emeritus agreements and other administrative tasks. She also coordinate the documents for the school collaboration group and take protocol.

Josefine works with employment matters, recruitment and personnel administration for Chemical Engineering and Engineering Pedagogics, as well as recruitment matters for the administration.

Edith works with employment matters, recruitment cases and various personnel administration mainly for the divisions of Biocomposites, Coating Technology and Fibre Technology. She also support the finance and infrastructure units at the School´s administration.

Erika works with questions regarding the self-reporting system, recruitment of employments and scholarships, rehabilitation and working environment issues and introduction at the Divisions of Wood Chemistry and Pulp Technology, Polymer Technology, Polymeric Materials and Fibre Processes. Erika also supports some units of the School´s administration.

Mirey works on employment matters, recruitment and personnel administration for the Wood Chemistry and Pulp Technology, Polymer Technology, Polymer Materials and Fibre Processes departments. She also works on the annual salary review process.
