Important dates for the annual accounts in Ladok
To avoid the school losing compensation for full-year students (HST) and full-year performance (HPR), it is important that all course registrations and grades are submitted well in advance of the annual accounts. The dates below apply to you who are an examiner on a course. Please note that the school will not receive any financial compensation if the registrations and grades are reported later.
Course registrations
If you are an examiner for a degree project, please ensure that your students are registered for the degree project course in Ladok by 15 December.
If a student has started the degree project but is not yet registered, contact Education Support for assistance with the registration.
Results with grade date January–November
Courses and degree projects that are examined January–November must be reported and certified in Ladok no later than 31 December.
If you submit documentation for grade reporting of courses and degree projects to Education Support, it must be submitted by 15 December, so that there is time for the grades to be certified by the examiner.
Results with grade date December
Courses and degree projects that are examined in December must be reported and certified in Ladok no later than 31 January.
In summary:
15 December - Last day to submit documentation for grade reporting to Education Support.
15 December - Check that students are registered for the thesis course.
31 December - Last day to report and certify grades with dates January–November.
31 January - Last day to report and certify grades with dates in December.
