Application for credit transfer for an entire course
A student should apply for a credit transfer via the form "Application for credit transfer of completed courses" . The form, together with documentation (course syllabus and transcript), should be submitted to the school's office of student affairs and will then be forwarded to the responsible programme director.
Application for credit transfer for part of a course
Students who wish to apply for credit transfer for part of a course given by EECS, should submit an application for this via web form at the student service support's website . The student service support forwards the application to an educational administatrive officer at the school's office of student affairs, who handles the application together with the responsible examiner.
Decision on credit transfer for an entire course and part of a course
If the application is approved by the programme director or the examiner, the educational administatrive officer at the school's office of student affairs registers a credit transfer and assigns it to the programme director or examiner for certification in Ladok.
When deciding on rejection, the reasons for why the application is rejected need to be stated. The educational administatrive officer at the school's office of student affairs prepares a decision on rejection with registration number and motivation from the programme director/examiner. The decision is then sent to the student together with information on how the decision can be appealed.
