Decision on a credit transfer for an entire course is made by the programme director. Decision on a credit transfer for part of a course is made by the examiner.
Application for credit transfer for an entire course
Students apply for credit transfer (entire course or part of a course) via Ladok. An administrator at the school's office of student affairs forwards the application to the responsible programme director (PA) or examiner for assessment. If necessary, notes in the case may be used by the administrator and the decision maker for communication.
Decision on credit transfer
If the application is approved by the programme director or the examiner, the decision is certified in Ladok by the decision-maker.
If the application is rejected, the reasons for the decision must be stated. The administrator prepares the case for rejection in Ladok and notifies the student of the decision via Ladok. Information on how to appeal the decision is available in Ladok.
