Students who want to apply for a review of grade fills out a specific web form at the Student web .

Routine for review of grade for on-campus written examination

Once the school's office of student affairs has received the form, an administrator will fetch the student’s scanned examination from Windream or Canvas and send the application and examination to the examiner via e-mail. 

After the review, the examiner notifies the administrator the decision of correction to the grade or a decision of no correction. The administrator makes sure that the decision comes to the student's knowledge.

If the examiner has decided that the grade should be corrected, the administrator will assist the examiner to update the grade in Ladok. Please note that the examination date should not be changed.

Routine for review of grade for alternative examination

The application received from the student is sent to the examiner for further processing. The examiner is responsible for collecting the student's examination. The examiner notifies education support of the decision via e-mail.
