European Commission: Work as an Expert

The European Union Institutions appoint external experts to assist in the evaluation of grant applications, projects and tenders, and to provide opinions and advice in specific cases. Serving as an expert also offers possibilities to be part and influence future European research policies, road maps upcoming Calls for Proposals, and more concretely, it will give you insights on what makes a successful proposal.

In the context of the European Defence Fund (EDF), the European Commission is looking for independent experts to assist in the evaluation of proposals. To this end, the call for expression of interest for experts for the programming period 2021-2027 of the EDF is now open.

CINEA Innovation Fund

The European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) is looking for experts to evaluate projects applying for grants to the Innovation Fund. The KTH Digitalization Platform expert group network for advocacy and advice represents KTH in European networks, meetings, special interest groups, partnerships, and gives expert feedback on program drafts.
