  • The Effective Digital Collaboration project – running until mid 2026 and providing support regarding the implementation of Teams at KTH and related procedures: effektiv-dokumenthantering@kth.se .

  • IT Support – Contact KTH IT Support  for technical assistance.

  • Införandestödjare (Team champions) – available in the University Administration departments until September 2026 and able to answer common questions. You will find out who your implementation supporter is at the following linked document Införandestödjare VS .

  • The test team VS-Testa och lär dig Teams  is available as support for you who are going to create a Team but want to try out how it works first.

  • E-learning – assists with the transition from KTH Social’s group web pages to Teams: e-learning@kth.se .
