New teams for education support
In November 2024, the Office for student affairs at the ITM School was reorganized to reflect the needs of the business and reduce vulnerabilities ( Read more in the Nov 2024 news article ). On 1 April 2025, we took the next step and started working in a new way, supporting each department and programme in different teams – to reduce vulnerabilities and provide more effective support. The change is gradual.
You may have a new contact person for your programme, or sometimes a substitute will show up at the Program Council to cover for their colleague. Here you can see who works in the different teams and supports each programme:
