Operations controller at ITM (VhC)
Operations controllers' are a part of University Administration ITM but are located at their respective department.
The Operations controllers are responsible for the administrative side of, and certain infrastructure matters at, their department. They also have the overall responsibility for their department’s finances and budget, follow-ups, forecasts and purchases.
The Operations controllers' tasks include, among other things, HR related matters, operations planning and quality related work, participating in the management team and other decision units.
