Order a taxi

Stockholms University has procured framework agreements for taxi services, which KTH can also order from (so-called application agreements). The agreement is valid from 9 September 2019 and is signed with two suppliers Sverigetaxi and Taxi Kurir who have a shared ordering center Cabonline.

How to book/order a taxi

Application/Tablet

Orders are made primarily (recommended in the first place) via an application Cabonline on your mobile or tablet, see Guide to the Taxi Cabonline app  and follow the instructions to get started and create a login.

Personal Service - bookning by phone

You kan book by phone 46 8 744 95 60 (see slide 15 in the manual). Note! Booking by phone (personal service) - identifier is the phone number you call from, it should be the same number as it says in your profile. You get a question about invoice - invoice to KTH (business trip) or pay by card (private trip). It is important to keep this in mind when booking by telephone, do not book the trip against an invoice when traveling privately, but state that the trip must be paid for in a car with a private card.

Book/order a taxi

You can order a taxi for now or later, cancel and repeat the travel order as well as add advanced options (Environmental car / combination car / electric car).

You will receive a booking confirmation via e-mail, as well as information in the app (as according to the unit setting of Swedish /English). When booking via the web, a booking confirmation is also be sent via SMS.

The taxiagreement covers the purchase and delivery order of taxi services to and from airport/train and other taxi journey, throughout Stockholm County. Booked with Cabonline.

Taxi trips outside Stockholm County, including to and from other airports / trains in Sweden and abroad (where it is possible to book) are booked with KTH´s contracted travel agency, Egencia.

Traveler Profile – Settings in the App / the Web

The first thing you do after you download the app or open the web page and log in, check your mobile number in the app / web page.

It is important that the mobile number in your profile is correct. If there is an incorrect mobile number in the App / website, log in to Self-reporting (HR+)/My Pages/ My personal data and update your mobile number.

Changing / updating your profile is ALWAYS done in KTH-RES / My profile (Not in the App/website). Note! That the update can take up to one business day.

Payment

Payment is already managed according to agreement. Payment is made via Diner´s invoice to KTH (invoice reference according to your profile). Thus, no receipt / expense is made in the car. The supplier may only invoice after service performed. If an invoice is incorrect, contact Cabonline customer service kundservice@cabonline.com for amendment.
