Workshops for doctoral students on gender equality, inclusion and equal opportunities
Departments within the SCI School are arranging two mandatory workshops for doctoral students and postdocs on gender equality, inclusion and equal terms. The aim is to strengthen an inclusive and safe working and learning environment and to build shared everyday practices.
The programme addresses the same themes in two different formats. One workshop uses cases and concrete situations for group discussion. The other is based on open yet clearly facilitated conversations that draw on participants own experiences and explore practical ways of working. Together the sessions allow participants to compare methods and bring insights into ongoing improvement efforts.
Participation is mandatory for doctoral students and postdocs at the Departments of Mathematics and Engineering Mechanics. Please choose one session.
