KTH Digicertus Exam: new way to place an order
From 1 December 2023, orders for KTH Digicertus Exam must be made through a form. Orders are primarily made by exam administrators. There are also fixed dates for when orders must be made before the re-exams in December and the exams in January. From the turn of the year, orders must be placed no later than 5 working days before the occasion.
Orders for the KTH Digicertus Exam are made through a form from 1 December
As of December 1, orders for the (locked-down examination in computer rooms) must be made through a form. This simplifies handling and reduces the risk of errors and is a first step to enable more detailed lockdowns and more functions in Digicertus. Up to and including the end of November, it is both possible to order as before and by using the form.
Note! It is primarily exam administrators or similar functions who should place orders.

Last order date for re-exams in December and exams in January
To ensure correct bookings despite holidays, last order dates are set for the upcoming re-examination and examination periods:
- For the re-examination period in December (December 18-21), orders must be placed by December 11 at the latest. After December 1st, orders must be made through the form.
- For the exam period in January (January 8-15), orders must be placed by December 21 at the latest. After December 1st, orders must be made through the form.
- For the exam period in March (March 8-15), orders must be placed by March 1 at the latest.

For examinations that take place outside examination periods, orders must be made in the form no later than 5 working days before the examination. For exam periods, orders must be placed no later than 5 days before, unless otherwise are informed.
