Programme rooms in Canvas are launched on August 14
During the spring, a project to introduce programme rooms in Canvas has been underway. During Monday (14/8), the programme rooms in Canvas are in place for the autumn semester, and they replace the program websites.
Existing students can during Monday find their programme rooms in Canvas. New students will have access to the room after course registration. The program websites are now hidden from students, but staff will still be able to access the program websites for at least one year.
During the spring, training was carried out with staff who will work in the rooms. Templates and recommendations have also been produced. During the late spring/summer, work has been ongoing to transfer material from the program websites to the programme rooms in Canvas.
Students have received information during the spring semester via newsletters and on the Studentweb. A separate mailing will be made on August 28 to existing students with information about the programme rooms. Newly admitted students receive information via regular welcome materials/information passes.
