Elin has worked as a project manager in examinations at KTH in recent years. She has seen in her projects the need for collaboration to succeed with changes to processes and systems for examinations. Right now, she is working on establishing a cross-functional team for the flow of examination where working methods for structured collaboration are to be developed and tested.
