Last day to apply for the open course in generative change management (GFL)
When change has become the only constant and the challenges we face are increasingly complex, the generative change model can serve as a complement to more traditional approaches—equipping you to lead change even when both the path forward and the emerging situation are uncertain.
This course, offered as part of KTH’s staff development programme, is recommended by the programme management for Future Education, which may also fund a number of places for individuals actively engaged in the Future Education initiative.
Time: Sun 2025-08-31
The open course may become a KTH-only course
The course session with an application deadline of 31 August is currently offered as an open course with participants from other organisations. However, if a sufficient number of KTH employees register, the course may be held exclusively for KTH participants. Once a certain threshold is reached, the contracted course provider offers a discount on the course fee for KTH. Please note that the application deadline may be postponed closer to the course start. Further information and a link to express your interest are available on KTH’s staff development pages.

Those who have previously completed the course have established the GFL network to support continued learning through experience exchange and knowledge sharing at network meetings.
Are you linked to The Future Education?
If you are actively engaged in Future Education (e.g. as a project leader or core team member) and have difficulty securing funding for professional development elsewhere, your participation in this course may be funded by Future Education, which covers a limited number of course places.
