Tip: Course in generative change management for those facing complex challenges

First come, first served (but no later than 8 January)

Graphics: in circle formation 6 coloured circles with text inside.
In the generative change model, six main activities are iterated: identify the adaptive challenge; reframe into a purpose statement (generative image); engage stakeholders in generative dialogues; stimulate self-organised innovations (probes); learn from success and failures; scale-up and embed successful probes.

For leaders who are about to develop/change in a VUCA*-situtation

Concept

*VUCA

VUCA stands for:

  • Volatility
  • Uncertainty
  • Complexity
  • Ambiguity

The training is for those who are faced with leading a development and change process from a current situation to a new situation where it is not possible to say either what the new situation or what the road to get there looks like. You are then probably facing a complex change process where the change and, in turn, the development needs to start with those who will actually start doing it and working in a new way.

This training aims to give you, as a leader, the ability to safely and confidently lead complex change work based on generative dialogue, inclusion and creativity. The training is divided into four days, with about 1 month between modules. During the intermediate periods, you will carry out your own work with your existing development work at KTH.

Selection: link to Future Education at KTH is prioritised

To apply for this programme, you need to have an assignment to lead a complex development/change that you can work on during the programme.

If there are more applicants than places, a selection may be made. Applications linked to assignments to lead current development within the Future Education at KTH and the University Administration are currently prioritised. Other applicants are given places as space permits.

Network at KTH after the programme

After the programme, you will be invited to participate in the network created by former participants from KTH who have completed this programme. The participants run and develop the network for continued development and exchange of experience in leading generative change
