Access to Kopps
Apply for access to Kopps
The application for access to Kopps is made by the school's Educational Administration Manager (UA), by using this application form (in Swedish only) . Via the same application form it is also possible to apply for access to Convertus (system support for translating course syllabuses to English).
There are different roles in Kopps:
- Kursredaktör (administrator at school/teacher)
- Programredaktör (administrator at school/programansvarig)
- Lässchemaredaktör (administrator at school/teacher)
The difference between the roles is largely what status you can set course offerings in, draft for schedules, course syllabuses and programme syllabuses. The role "Programredaktör" has the highest permission of the three roles.
