System support for planning courses and programmes – Kopps
Kopps provides system support when planning courses and programs at KTH, and publishes information about the courses and programs at kth.se.

Kopps is used by teachers and administrators at the schools, and administrators at GVS (Gemensamt verksamhetsstöd).
A large part of the work with course syllabuses, programme syllabuses, academic year plans and the range of education is regulated by guidelines.
Different processes for planning education at KTH (only in Swedish) also regulate the use of Kopps.
Kopps is developed by KTH and only used by KTH. Kopps is integrated with other systems at KTH, such as Ladok, Canvas, KTH user database, the scheduling system TimeEdit and the tool About course.
Course syllabuses, programme syllabuses and course offerings are presented in the Course and programme directory .
News 8 March 2024 - the headings Course disposition and Supplementary information has been moved
As of March 8th, the headings Course disposition and Supplementary information have been moved from Kopps to About Course. This means that the content under these headings is now administered by those who have the authority to work with About Course. News January 2024 - Schedule templates should no longer be submitted via Kopps
Starting from the scheduling of courses offered in the autumn semester of 2024 and onwards, Kopps should no longer be used for submitting schedule templates. Instead, the system support TimeEdit Preferences should be used. Information about the new system can be found on the Request a Schedule page.
