How to manage compensatory support(s) when examining students with disabilities

Diversity is important for KTH and KTH welcomes all students who have the prerequisites to complete the education. Anyone who has a documented permanent disability should, as far as it is possible, be able to study at KTH on the same terms as other students. This site describes the general procedure for managing the compensatory supports for students with disabilities and for which reasons those supports are generally recommended.

All students studying at KTH have been admitted based on the same assessment. The requirements for students' performance during the education are always the same. Lack of accessibility for people with disabilities is discrimination, as noted in the Swedish Discrimination Act.
