Attendance is strongly recommended for all KTH researchers who are in the process of preparing a proposal for the current call with deadline for submission on 14 October 2026.

Preliminary Agenda
During this meeting we will:
- clarify the requirements and expectations of the call,
- outline the evaluation process
- walk through the application procedure and required templates to be completed,
- provide guidance on budget planning and other administrative and practical matters.
