A reference library on gender equality, diversity and equal conditions, with up-to date and specific literature is now available at each department and school office together with a book-list. Staff may borrow the books freely, on a voluntary and desiredriven basis. The library is available for all staff and is presented in a wooden box. You will find the box in connection to the common dining area or similar space that is accessible and reachable, says Malin Wennerholm, deputy director of education - initiator and responsible for the activity.

The development of the JML-reference library was formulated as an activity in the ABE development plan 2022 to further increased awareness of how teachers can work with issues of gender equality, diversity and equal conditions.

Some of the availble book titles are: ”Det ordnar sig: teorier om organisation och kön”, "On being included, Racism and Diversity in Institutionell Life", ”Genusmedvetet ledarskap, resan från ickefråga till tillväxtfråga”, ”Critical language pedagogy”, "Brev till en nybliven förälder, ett feministiskt manifest i femton punkter" och "Svart vit eller brun, Handbok om aktiva åtgärder kopplat till hudfärg".
