Old computers / mobile phones

The ABE school follows the instructions from the University Administration to not sell any computers or mobile phones to employees. This instruction is based on the guidelines set out in the KTH Financial Guidelines.

If sales are to be made to employees, the following must be true:
• ALL staff must get the same opportunity
• The equipment must be sold at market value, which is difficult to determine for older computers and mobiles
• Should the equipment be sold at a price lower than market value, the buyer will be taxed from the first SEK
• VAT is charged
• The computers are completely cleaned of all KTH software
