Procedure for planning and changes in premises

The School of Architecture and the Built Environment has a procedure for handling space-related matters, such as renting new areas, terminations, and changes in premises. The procedure ensures a smooth process, that information about the premises is documented, and that invoices are sent to the correct recipients.

To ensure that the ABE School has accurate information about payers in the system, the school's infrastructure coordinator needs to be informed if:

  • The department wishes to terminate the lease of premises,
  • The department wishes to rent additional premises (so-called subleasing),
  • The department intends to sublet, either internally or externally,
  • The department requests a space adaptation, such as a renovation or similar,
  • The department wishes to move,
